Consumer Bankruptcy Processing (Southern California District Only)

 

At the current time, we only prepare/process Debtor Bankruptcy Petitions Chapter 7 (Chapter 13 on a case-by-case basis) for consumers in the Southern California area only (San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties ony).  We will process according to Federal Bankruptcy Regulations and with the further understading that the consumer-debtor acknowledges and understands that we are not attorneys and do not under any circumstances provide legal advice.  We simply prepare your Bankruptcy Petition and schedules under the consumers' direction and instructions.  For your convenience, we do offer a line of self-help legal books, articles and reference materials.  Please note however that the offering of these materials does not take the place of professional legal, tax or accounting advice and you should seek the advice of these professionals pertaining to your own individual circumtances when considering Bankruptcy protection. 

 

Flat Rate Fee for California Consumer-Debtor Bankruptcy Preparation

 

Our current flat rate fee for Southern California Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition Processing is $125.  This does NOT include the statutory Chapter 7 Bankruptcy court filing fee which is $299 as of January 2010.

 

Chapter 13 Consumer-Debtor Fee:

Case-by-case basis.

 

Electronic Processing... How does it work?

All documents are emailed as a file attachment or faxed to the Bankruptcy attorney or real estate professional for review and completeness.  Intake interviews for Bankruptcy cases are conducted via recorded phone interview. 

 

EXAMPLE:  For Bankruptcy Petitions, upon completion of the petition and schedules the final product will be sent to the Attorney via email or fax  for final approval and then electronically filed with the appropriate court clerk, upon attorney's request and authorization.

 

This process saves the Attorney hundreds of dollars per case as well as valuable time.
